Q. Do you sell original art only? 

A. Yes! We primarily sell original art such as drawings, sketches and paintings! We don't offer prints of the works currently. Original art offers a direct connection from the artist to the client.  Your purchase makes you the sole owner of the original art exclusively!

Q. What are your hours of operation? 

A. We are open during the Eastern Standard Time hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday thru Friday. Holidays we are closed. We do provide a 24/7 answering service for all your questions. 

Q. Do you sell prints of your work?

A. We don’t currently sell prints of the art at this time. We may make an exception to this rule in the future for our hotel and corporate clients. 

Q. Will taxes be charged on my purchase? 

A. Currently, the taxes are built into the sale price of your purchase even if you live out of New York State. The tax paid on your purchase will depend on the location where you will receive your items. We do offer FREE shipping on any item purchased. 

Q. Is there a money back guarantee on purchases?

A. If your painting is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Q. How long will it take to get my art?

A. It should take you 3-4 weeks in the continental United states and up to 5-8 weeks for international orders outside of the United States. The time frame will  depend on the customs protocol for your country. 

Q. How much is the shipping cost after I purchase something?

A. We are providing FREE shipping on all purchased items This is a courtesy to our clients for their purchase. 

Q. Do I own the copyrights to the art after I purchase it?

A. No. All copyrights, reproduction rights and transfer rights belong to Superworldproductions LLC. You do own the physical property but that does not mean you can alter, damaged or destroy your work of art. The item should remain "as is" at all times. 

Q. How do I return any art?

A. Contact customer service to arrange for the art to be returned. Insurance on the item will need to be purchased upon any returns.
